Coast to coast (Christchurch to Greymouth via Arthurs Pass). Expertly navigated out of the city and headed west to Castle Hill for a climb on some rocky outcrops before climbing the mountains for real.

Rolled into Greymouth about 4 and then headed north to the pancake rocks (limestone stacks) at Punakaiki…still light at 7 (!) so back to town for a locally brewed Monteith’s ale/cider.
